Vegetarian Indian Cuisine

Indian cuisine consists of the foods and dishes of India and is characterized by the extensive use of various Indian Spices, vegetables and fruits. Each family of Indian cuisine includes a wide assortment of dishes and cooking techniques.

Vegetarian Cuisine refers to food that meets vegetarian standards by not including meat and red meat products. It includes all type of dairy products, vegetables, fruits, and some people even consider egg as a part of vegetarian cuisine. These people are called as ovo-lacto vegetarian.

In this blog, I would like to share some easy cooking of vegetables. As we all know, it's very important for us to take 5-6 servings of vegetables everyday to keep us healthy and running in older age too. But every time it's not possible to eat raw vegetables, as we have a tendency to get bored easily with same ind of serving . I would like to tell you different recipes, so that every time you have different kind of servings of vegetables.

  17. Nice blog I am food lover.. very good collection..
I am nut baker Philippine pili nuts from the Bicol region in the Philippines is a great Filipino or Philippines food orsnack. Pili nuts are very healthy and nutritious indeed, being a source of energy, potassium and iron. They also have protein, dietary fiber / fibre, and calcium as well as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.  I know they have no cholesterol, no trans fat, and the unsalted ones have no sodium. What is great about the pili nut snack or treat is that they are so crisp, rich, and delicious.
